LOS ANGELES — The Rams kicked off year three of their Pathways to Success Mentorship this season, where high school students are assisted with professional development in sports business, which could one day lead into careers. 

Through the program, students are paired with Rams front office staff members as mentors. They had many opportunities to learn and develop from the middle of training camp and going throughout the season.
