LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Sports Council’s 16th annual L.A. Sports Awards ceremony honors the area’s best athletes, coaches, and team executives.

This year’s award for “best coach” went to Dodger manager Dave Roberts, who led his team to the franchise’s first World Series Championship in 32 years in October.

During the awards ceremony, the Dodgers’ skipper spoke with SportsNet LA’s John Hartung about this recognition.

"I'm living a dream, and this is a dream job," Roberts said.
