The Westside Pavilion in Los Angeles was once considered one of the most popular malls in SoCal, but after decades of serving shoppers, diners and moviegoers, it closed in 2019 — a victim of the dying mall syndrome that had swept the nation.

The massive building on Pico Boulevard in West LA has sat empty for years, but now is getting ready for its second act.
