From the 1920s to the mid-80s, Santa Monica’s Montana Avenue was a quiet, little street. It was home to a few gas stations and mom-and-pop shops.

Over the last few decades, the charming strip has evolved into a tourist destination for shoppers and foodies alike.

”The SoCal Scene’s” Melvin Robert spent a day there getting a taste and still noticing the century-old iconic charm.
