Historic buildings are often razed to make way for newer and bigger buildings in SoCal. But thanks to the efforts of Bobby Green and his 1933 Group, the Formosa Cafe on Santa Monica Boulevard, which narrowly escaped the wrecking ball, is back and more beautiful than ever.
