LOS ANGELES — As plant based eating becomes mainstream, one local restaurant expands to three locations to keep up with demand. Seabirds first opened 12 years ago in Costa Mesa using fresh, whole ingredients to make healthy and tasty dishes.

With a restaurant in Long Beach and now Los Feliz, Seabirds, hopes to continue offering unique plant based dishes.

Seabirds’ new location is at 2138 Hillhurst Ave. in Los Feliz.
