LOS ANGELES — A chimney cake is an Eastern European sweet treat that is traditionally made with raised dough that is wrapped around a spit, then baked and rolled in sugar — with no ice cream.

But Turn Dough takes it up a notch by turning them into ice cream cones with over-the-top combinations.
