New food truck, New York’s Chopped Cheese, is serving a Harlem staple with lots of history in Los Angeles.

Owner Anthony Arias was born and raised in Harlem and wanted to introduce LA to his favorite sandwich that includes chopped ground beef, onion, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup on a hero.

You can find the bright yellow food truck parked Monday through Saturday at 7519 Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles and at 5334 Alhama Drive in Woodland Hills on Sunday. For more information, check out their Instagram.
