LOS ANGELES — An intense winter storm has brought heavy rain to Southern California, triggering severe flooding and damage from mud flow in parts of Ventura County.
A mandatory evacuation order has been issued for residents at the Ventura Beach RV Resort, which has seen serious flooding at least four times in the last 26 years.
The order is expected to be lifted at 6:00 p.m. on Jan. 10th.
