EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Major decisions came out of the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday morning.

The court determined the Jan. 6 rioters should not have been charged with obstruction of Congressional proceedings, with massive implications for the over 300 insurrectionists who have already been charged — and potentially even Jack smith’s federal case against former President Donald Trump.
