EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — According to a poll from Kaiser Permanente, more than 75% of Americans have increased their use of digital tools that support their mental health.

Meditation, in particular, is proving to be quite beneficial with respondents who meditate regularly reporting improved sleep, focus and a better love life.
