Gen Z, anyone born between 1997 and 2012, is set to become the most educated generation ever, one that is expected to receive the most higher education degrees than generations past.

There are a few others who, instead of going for the higher education degree, decided to answer America’s call for plumbers, carpenters and electricians — workers who will soon be in high demand.
