LOS ANGELES – This time of year Dodger Stadium is a sea of blue and hours before first pitch, Randi Radcliffe is one of the first inside to secure her standing room only spot.

“This year, I don’t know. I feel better about it than ever before,” Radcliffe said about the team’s Championship chances.

You can trust her opinions on the Dodgers. Spectrum News 1 told you back in April how she went to over 100 games last season, including all of the home games. This season she has already surpassed that.

“Last year, I went to 103, including the playoffs. Today’s 104. I’m hoping to do 110, because that means we made it to the World Series,” Radcliffe said.

Her love for the team began with her dad, a huge Dodgers fan who passed away during last season’s postseason run. This October she is sharing her passion with her brother, Robert Dyson, who she took to his first ever playoff game at the start of the National League Division Series, which was on his birthday.

“The Dodgers have brought us so much closer than before. I always love coming here,” Dyson said.

Radcliffe is carrying on her father’s love for the team, including through her website Dodger Yard, where she vlogs, blogs, and connects with Dodgers fans everywhere.

“I kind of feel he would be very happy with that because I was making progress and that was really all he cared about. He just wants me to enjoy it and that’s what I’m going for as much as I can,” Radcliffe said.

She is now passing down the passion to her younger brother - with both of them craving a championship.

One sibling is confident.

“Third times the charm. We got this,” Dyson said.

The other is a lot more nervous.

“I’m stressed because we lost back to back World Series, but I’m excited to be here,” said Radcliffe.

They will be cheering on the blue all the way to victory as a family.
