What is the best candy bar?

It might seem like a simple question, but for LA Times Food Columnist Lucas Kwan Peterson it was a call to action.

Peterson tried every single candy bar he could get his hands on to come up with his unassailable, factual, and 100 percent scientific list of the best candy bars.

“I see candy bars as being an important part of just like being a kid, a lot of Halloween trick or treating. So much nostalgia associate with some of these brands,” said Peterson.

According to Peterson, the best candy bar is a Take5 bar.
