Huntington Park's Vice Mayor Eduardo "Eddie" Martinez says his favorite part of his job is empowering people to make a difference in their community. 

Martinez's top priority for the upcoming year is keeping Huntington Park's streets clean. He is also especially proud of the Huntington Women's Club for giving out scholarships to young women going to college. 

Martinez's first job was as a nurse's assistant at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital while in high school. If he could take an out of town visitor anywhere, it would be to Pacific Boulevard.
