Kevin Paffrath is a Democrat and influencer from Ventura, California who boasts nearly 1.7 million subscribers to his YouTube channel where he dispenses financial advice. 

If Paffrath is elected the next governor of California, he plans to keep COVID-19 mandates in place and mobilize the National Guard to move homeless residents to emergency shelters.
