LOS ANGELES – Dressed in those recognizable blue shirts and black pants, the TSA Chorus started back in 2003, and they sing at airports throughout the region.
In their regular line of work, TSA employees rarely get a whole lot of love, but when they sing? Well, it’s a bit different says Sheleta Fraser, the only member who has been with the group all 16 years.
"It’s rewarding to us to see them walk away. Some are walking away crying in tears of happiness. Some are giving us hugs. Some are really reaching out to us to say thank you for what we do and the one thing we love to hear people say is because of our singing and because of what we bring to the different airports, it makes them look at TSA in a different way," she said.
