Alex Cohen talks to Dr. Shira Miller, founder and president of Physicians for Informed Consent, and Dr. Edmond Sarraf, pediatrician and founding member of Physicians for Informed Consent, who oppose Senate Bill 276, which is designed to eliminate doctors who give out vaccine exemptions too easily.
Physicians for Informed Consent is a group focused on safeguarding the decision on whether to receive a vaccination or not.
They say some doctors have different recommendations around vaccines based on individual patients, and they consider family history of reaction to vaccines, autoimmune and neurological diseases, allergic or GI disorders when deciding whether or not someone should receive a vaccine.
