LOS ANGELES — Inside the walls of Los Angeles County's Twin Towers Correctional Facility, a group of inmates takes refuge in music through a program called Jail Guitar Doors.
The nationwide initiative takes place in over 100 prisons and jails, helping rehabilitate inmates and reduce recidivism by providing mentorship, musical instruments and songwriting courses on a weekly basis. Spectrum News' Renee Eng highlights their journey to redemption.
