LOS ANGELES — Since 2003, the Surf Bus Foundation has been connecting with local youth programs throughout Los Angeles to give kids an experience at the beach that will make them want to come back. 

Marion Clark has grown up in the water, and as president of the nonprofit, she is determined to spread her love for the ocean.
