BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Rosalee Glass may need her daughter for help getting all dolled up.

“She took really good care of me when I was a little girl, now she’s getting it back,” Rosalee's daughter Lillian Glass said.

But Lillian still needs her mom for life advice.

“Never allow anyone to belittle you,” Rosalee said. “Talk to the head not to the tail."

You’ll find these and 98 more mom-isms in Rosalee's book, 100 Years of Wisdom to Guide You Through Life's Ups and Downs

“One day she was wearing tight shoes, and I said 'mom you’re never happy unless your feet are happy', she said 'I say that? Really why don’t we share that with the public?' I said ‘done,’" Lillian said.

So Rosalee wrote a book.

Life wasn’t always so understandable for Rosalee, though.

She survived the holocaust, immigrating to a new country, and the death of her husband. At the age of 86, she decided to pull herself out of devastation and live the life she always dreamed of. Who better to do that with than her partner in crime, her daughter.

“It’s living one of Rosalee’s sayings, because she believes it’s never too late to live your dream,” Lillian said.

When she turned 100, Rosalee's request was simple: go dog sledding in Alaska. And they did.

Throughout the course of their adventures, her daughter has been capturing it all on-camera and she's turned it into a documentary called Reinventing Rosalee. It's a heart-warming story of a mother and daughter duo of best friends.

Reinventing Rosalee is already a fan favorite before its 2019 Oscar eligibility theatrical run. It has screened at an unprecedented 90 film festivals around the world and won over 40 awards in the process.

Fans are falling in love with the duo, their adventures, and the things they learn from Rosalee.
