A San Pedro home is putting a twist on your typical holiday decorations.

Drawing inspiration from the arid beauty of the desert, homeowner Bob Autore uses his skills to hand make decorations for his annual holiday light display.

It is a tradition that began twenty years ago when he made and lit up a cactus figurine for his son.

Now the collection has grown to cover all sides of the house, extending to the backyard and the roof.

Autore said he hopes the work he puts into his display will spread some holiday cheer and remind people to love one another.
