As COVID-19 cases among children surge, health care workers on the front lines are warning of other concerning viruses circulating during this time as well.

Respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV, is a common respiratory virus that usually causes mild, cold-like symptoms.

Most people recover in a week or two, but RSV can be serious, especially for younger children.

Dr. David Epstein, a pediatric intensivist at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles joined "Your Morning" live to discuss rising hospitalizations, the difference between RSV and COVID-19, and CHLA's upcoming FREE vaccine clinic.
