Thousands of restaurants serve them, so the debate over LA’s best burgers is always as heated as the grills that cook them. But according to Yelp, the Father’s Office gastropub makes the best hamburger in LA. Made with a dry-aged beef patty topped with caramelized onion, bacon, arugula and gruyere and Maytag Blue cheeses, the Office Burger ranks 1st for LA and 5th overall on Yelp’s Top 100 Burger Spots in the U.S.
Yelp reviewers praised the Office Burger for being “juicy, flavorful, yet fresh at the same time” and for its “high-quality meat, complementary flavors from cheese and caramelized onion and bacon that adds crispness and saltiness.”
Three other LA restaurants also made the Yelp cut, including one that is vegan. Monty’s Good Burger ranked 12th overall for its plant-based patties topped with dairy-free cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and grilled onion on an artisan bun. Yelpers said the vegan burger is “another level“ that “melts in your mouth” and has “the best, melty fake cheese out there.”
Real Food Daily in West Hollywood took 26th place, while So Cal hot spot In-N-Out Burger in Burbank ranked 78th.
