STUDIO CITY, Calif. — It’s been decades since Greg, Peter, Bobby, Marcia, Jan, Cindy and, of course, Alice lived in the infamous "Brady Bunch" house as part of the classic 1970s TV show about a blended family. Now one lucky buyer with an appreciation for the Brady’s style and $5.5 million to spare can have their chance to move in. The home renovation cable network, HGTV, put the house on the market Wednesday.

HGTV bought the iconic ranch-style home for $3.5 million in 2018 and invested another $1.9 million to transform it into a replica of the original TV show set, including its iconic avocado green kitchen, paneled wood living room and pink and blue bedrooms. The results were then broadcast to 28 million viewers as part of the network’s 2019 miniseries, “A Very Brady Renovation,” which featured the six actors who portrayed the Brady Bunch kids as themselves.

HGTV will sell off a custom green floral couch and a credenza topped with a 3-D printed horse as part of a separate sale this month. A portion of the home’s proceeds will be donated to the Turn Up! Fight Hunger initiative that helps children living with food insecurity in the U.S.
