SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — After a two-year hiatus, the Santa Clarita Fourth of July Parade returned to Newhall.

This year, the parade celebrated front-line workers.

Members of Pflag, a group who has been in the parade for years, explained why being in the parade this year was bittersweet.
