HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (CNS) — "Squid Game" was the most-watched streaming program in its first full week of release, with viewers spending 1.91 billion minutes watching the nine-episode South Korean survival drama, according to figures released Thursday by Nielsen.

"Squid Game" was among three programs in the top 10 for the week of Sept. 20-26 not in the previous week's, along with the supernatural horror miniseries "Midnight Mass" and the Emmy-winning Apple TV+ soccer comedy "Ted Lasso."

"Midnight Mass" was sixth with 566 million minutes watched of its seven episodes in the first three days they were available on Netflix. "Ted Lasso" was eighth for the week, with 509 million minutes watched of its 20 episodes.

Dropping out of the top 10 were the Netflix minseries "Clickbait," the canceled NBC supernatural drama "Manifest" and the family drama "Heartland." "Clickbait" was second the previous week after back-to-back first-place finishes, "Manifest" third and "Heartland" ninth.

The previous week's leader, "Lucifer" dropped to second, with 860 million minutes watched of its 93 episodes, 45.8% less than the 1.588 billion minutes watched the previous week, the first full week its 10-episode final season was available on Netflix.

"Ted Lasso" was the only non-Netflix program in the top 10. Netflix swept the top 10 each of the previous two weeks. Nielsen also announces streaming viewership of Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Hulu programming.

The top 10 consisted of five original streaming series, three programs that originally aired on U.S. broadcast networks, "Lucifer," whose first 47 episodes aired on Fox and final 46 streamed on Netflix, and "CoComelon," the 12-episode 3D animated series of videos of traditional nursery rhymes and original children's songs which originated on YouTube.

The top 10 programs were "Squid Game"; "Lucifer"; "Sex Education"; "CoComelon"; "Criminal Minds"; "Midnight Mass"; "NCIS"; "Ted Lasso"; "Grey's Anatomy"; and "The Circle."
