Kelsey Grammer sings and plays the piano for his role in "The Space Between" as an eccentric has-been rock musician who loses his grip on reality.

- Grammer plays Micky Adams, whose lifeless music career is resurrected by an aspiring young music executive played by Jackson White. Their odd but powerful bond helps both gain perspective on the music industry, life, love and space between.
- "The Space Between" also stars Paris Jackson as a singer who is anxious for her big break. Grammer remembers meeting Jackson as a kid when he ran into her dad, Michael Jackson, in New York years ago. Grammer applauded her acting in the film.
- The original soundtrack for "The Space Between" comprises original songs by Rivers Cuomo, founder of the Grammy-winning rock band Weezer. The songs feature vocals by Cuomo and Grammer.
- In addition to confirming a "Frazier" reboot is in the works, Grammer noted that a revival of "The Game" is also headed into production. He executive produces the sitcom.
