BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Mr. Brainwash (aka Thierry Guetta) first skyrocketed to fame with his first Los Angeles show back in 2008 and after being featured in the art documentary “Exit Through the Gift Shop” in 2010. 

The newly opened Mr. Brainwash Art Museum takes over the Richard Meier-designed space once occupied by the Museum of TV and Radio, which has been shuttered through the pandemic. 

Mr. Brainwash comes out of the street art movement and creates playful mashups of classical art, pop culture and interactive displays.
