LOS ANGELES — The journey from the San Fernando Valley to Los Angeles’ west side has long had one major problem: the gridlocked 405 freeway.
Metro is trying to make the journey over the Santa Monica Mountains a little easier for residents with its Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project. The project is still in its early stages, weighing out six different routes and travel methods, including an aerial monorail and a subway, or heavy rail. Transit riders are reacting to each option.
