INGLEWOOD, Calif. (CNS) โ€” The Los Angeles Rams will open the 2021 NFL regular season Sept. 12 by playing host to the Chicago Bears on "Sunday Night Football," the first of their five prime-time games, it was announced Wednesday.

The Rams will also be on NBC's "Sunday Night Football" Nov. 7 for their game at SoFi Stadium against the Tennessee Titans. They will make two appearances on ESPN's "Monday Night Football" โ€” Nov. 15 at San Francisco and Dec. 13 at Arizona.

The Rams' Oct. 7 game at  Seattle will be on "Thursday Night Football," which is carried by Fox and NFL Network and streamed on Amazon Prime Video.

The Rams' other home games will be on Sept. 26 against the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers; Oct. 3 against the Arizona Cardinals; Oct. 24 against the Detroit Lions; Dec. 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars; Dec. 19 against the Seattle Seahawks; and Jan. 9 against the San Francisco 49ers.

The Rams' other road games will be on Sept. 19 against the Indianapolis Colts; Oct. 31 against the Houston Texans; Nov. 28 against the Green Bay Packers; Dec. 26 against the Minnesota Vikings; and Jan. 2 against the Baltimore Ravens.

The Rams' three-game preseason schedule will begin with home games against the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders and conclude with a road game against the Denver Broncos. Dates for those games will be announced later.

This will be the Rams' first season at SoFi Stadium to be played in front of fans. It will be the fourth consecutive season they will play five prime-time games.

The Los Angeles Chargers will open their 2021 season by playing at Washington on Sept. 12 and will face the Dallas Cowboys Sept. 19 in their home opener at SoFi Stadium, the NFL announced Wednesday.

The Chargers will play three prime-time home games โ€” a "Monday Night Football" game Oct. 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders; a Nov. 21 "Sunday Night Football" game against the Pittsburgh Steelers; and a "Thursday Night Football" game against the Kansas City Chiefs Dec. 16.

The Chargers' other home games will be Oct. 10 against the Cleveland Browns; Oct. 31 against the New England Patriots; Nov. 14 against the Minnesota Vikings; Dec. 12 against the New York Giants; and Jan. 2 against the Denver Broncos.

Their other road games will be Sept. 26 against Kansas City; Oct. 17 against the Baltimore Ravens; Nov. 7 against the Philadelphia Eagles; Nov. 28 against Denver; Dec. 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals; Dec. 26 against the Houston Texans; and Jan. 9 against Las Vegas.

The Chargers will begin their three-game preseason schedule against the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium in a home game for the Rams. The Chargers will play host to the San Francisco 49ers in the season week of the preseason and conclude the preseason by playing at Seattle.
