SANTA ANA, Calif. — Rachelle Lee was only 29 years old when she was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer caused by the "de novo" mutation.

After 12 rounds of chemotherapy, six rounds of oral chemotherapy, a double mastectomy and two reconstructive surgeries, Lee is now in full remission.

While Lee underwent chemotherapy, it was her love for makeup and fashion that kept her spirits up. She is now hoping to launch her nonprofit, Miracle Makeovers, to glam up other cancer fighters and help them heal as well.
