LOS ANGELES — Filmmaker and activist Yolanda Davis-Overstreet made the documentary “Biking While Black” to focus on the stories from communities most affected by issues of mobility injustice.

“Biking While Black” will screen Oct. 22 in Leimert Park following a community ride through the neighborhood.

The group ride will stop at several mural sites, which highlight Black history and artists such as Noni Olabisi.
