A few light rain showers will be possible through about midday Tuesday.  Precipitation should stay in the form of rain for most of the Commonwealth except for northern Kentucky, where a few light snow showers will be possible Tuesday morning. It will stay chilly Tuesday afternoon with highs in the 40s under partly to mostly cloudy skies.

If you are planning to travel on Wednesday, which is one of the busiest travel days of the year, dry conditions can be expected around Kentucky and all of its bordering states. Thanksgiving remains dry with highs near 50 degrees.

Our next rain chance will arrive late Friday and last into Saturday morning. Rain may be heavy at times Friday night.  We'll keep the chance for a few showres around for the remainder of the holiday weekend.
