TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo households that fall below eligible household income can now enroll in Water Rate Affordability Program (WRAP), which could give them a 25% discount on their water and sewer volume rates.
Customers must meet the following criteria:
- Live inside the city of Toledo
- Live in a home with an individual water meter
- Be named on the DPU contract (homeowner), or have a landlord-tenant agent authority agreement on file (renter)
- Provide proof of total household income below the household income maximums below:
